You can apply this anywhere, anytime, I dont think it can really be overused. For the face, I imagine it’s great for many issues that need some calming relief, be it from natural, pollution, or product reactions. This is also popular for healing after piercings. It helps balance the skins pH level. The same ingredients are found in a product called S.O.S. Spray by Tower 28. Buy this instead, it’s the exact same 3 ingredients; Hypochlorus acid, Electrolyzed water and sodium chloride. It comes in various sizes at a fraction of the T28 cost.
