It is also Vegan and Cruelty free. 𝑻𝒆𝒙𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆: This product has a gritty texture and feels oily on the skin. There are some granules that doesn't want to dissolve due to using Vitamin C powder in the suspension. That's why it takes few minutes to absorb. 𝑴𝒚 𝒕𝒉𝒐𝒖𝒈𝒉𝒕𝒔: When it comes to L- ascorbic acid, it is water soluble. That's the reason many pure vitamin C products oxidized quickly. This product is formulated without water that's why L- ascorbic acid in this product stays stable due to the absence of water. So there is nothing to worry about the product being oxidized quickly. That's the main reason I bought this product to give it a try. This product is quite affordable and you get pretty fair amount. It has high concentration of pure Vitamin C, so the brand did mention about the strong tingling sensation, doing patch test before using it and also using it 2 or 3 times a week for first few weeks and you can increase the use of days depending on your skin tolerance. So, the first thing you have to do is patch test. I did patch test on my forearm and I didn't notice any irritation. Since our skin on the face is different from the skin on the body. I felt strong tingling sensation when I applied it on my face. I saw people on the internet recommended that mixing the product with another basic cream(brand also suggested it) or an Hyaluronic acid based serum will minimize the irritation and will also get rid of the grainy texture(the application of the product will become a bit smooth). That's why I mixed it with an essence every time I used it( I couldn't use it alone because it was giving me irritation) and still I felt some tingling sensation for few seconds every time I used it. If you are someone with sensitive skin, this product might not be a good option for you. This product made my skin bright and did reduce some of my hyperpigmentation. I also noticed that it gives a shine after application. The brand also recommended to use it only at night routine. This suspension feels greasy on the skin that's why I think it is not suitable to use in the morning routine. Another thing that I didn't like, that is, I felt it leaves a residue on the skin that's why I had to use a cleanser in the morning. 𝑵𝒐𝒕𝒆: The brand suggested to not use it in the same routine with Copper peptides, Peptides, Direct acids ( e.g. AHA, BHA ), Direct vitamin C, Niacinamide, Retinoids, Retinol, EUK, Benzoyl peroxide. * Make sure to do patch test.
