Vitamin E Face Tonic Lotion
This toner is lightly hydrating and very refreshing! The cucumber smell dissipates quickly and the skin is left feeling refreshed and not sticky or tight. It’s definitely a watery toner, but perfect for just refreshing the skin in the morning! It even seemed to help with my redness. A nice product!
The bottle is a bit small, it could be more hydrating, and I’d love for it to be thicker so its easier to apply
