I received this product from Superdrug as a member of the Community and I’d say that the packaging is high quality. The applicator is like an hour glass that gives volume and length when applied on the lashes. It doesn’t crumble and definitely water proof. I have short eyelashes and the results from this product is impressive so I highly recommend buying this.
