The casing is high quality as well. The formula is creamy but once put on the lips, it leaves a velvety matte finish which is not too drying on the lips as the ingredients has hyaluronic which then helps lock in the moisture on the lips for a transfer-proof 12hour wear. I recommend buying it, it’s available in 17 different swatches.
