It has a strong scent, but i didn&#39;t notice any irritation or breakouts because of the alcohol

It removes the makeup very well, it&#39;s super affordable but i don&#39;t like to leave it on my face even though it says no rinse off. I only use this for eyes and lips, not my entire face, and if I&#39;m wearing heavy makeup i will definitely proceed with a cleansing oil&#47;balm and then a gel cleanser.
