This toner has a light and watery texture. It's fragrance-free which is great for sensitive skin though blueberry scented toner would have been nice too 😆 It contains Jeju Vita Berry Blueberry Extract (800,200ppm), Panthenol (Vit B5), Niacinamide 5% and LHA. This feels really refreshing on skin, it helps to regulate sebum production while gently exfoliating dead skin cells for brighter looking skin. I constantly battle with clogged pores and hyperpigmentation so this is perfect for my skin ✨
