This toner is formulated to tighten the pores, refine the skin, brighten the uneven skin tones, and exfoliate dead skin cells without causing any irritation and restores the vitality of the skin. One of the star ingredients is Witch Hazel, a powerful anti-oxidant which helps to calm and reduce inflammation and breakouts while helps to hydrate the skin and fade the dark spots. It has a lightweight watery texture that easily absorb into my skin without leaving an unpleasant feeling. I love how this toner have a scent that similar to jasmine green tea that feels so refreshing and refreshes my skin while balancing the excessive oils. I do notice a instant cooling effect when I applied it on my skin It also contains lactic acid which is a very gentle chemical exfoliant that helps to brighten up the skin tone and improve skin texture. I highly recommend this toner to anyone and i think it will works very great for oily skin!
