Kosas glow i.v. vitamin-infused illuminating enhancer gives a beautiful glow to the skin. I wanted to use it as a base for the whole face and for that reason I got a shade darker to apply before foundation. It can be used as a tinted moisturizer if you mix it with any moisturizer, as a primer before foundation or as a highlighter on the areas you want to glow.
