Voluntesting review for Resveratrol 345NA Intensive Repair Cream

✨Dr. Althea Resveratrol 345NA Intensive Repair Cream✨ Ingredients & Claims🤍 🔹Resveratrol - aka red grape antioxidant, protects against oxidative stress 🔹Glycerin - absolute holy grail humectant 🔹Beta-Glucan - soothing humectant with anti-aging properties Experience🤍 Now that the weather is getting warmer, I am transitioning into more lightweight creams so I needed something that packed a punch of hydration while still being super soothing. It was a tall ask but this gel cream from Dr. Althea has been really delivering for me lately! Not only does it boast resveratrol, which has been shown to improve fine lines and wrinkles (and helps to repair the skin!) but it has a whole myriad of supporting ingredients. Niacinamide and adenosine are here in all of their barrier repair glory and I love that this formula includes centella, houttuynia cordata and calendula for ultimate soothing efforts. This cream is an absolute dream in my PM routine but it would work just as well in the morning. The texture is gel-like and super light, it soaks in really well and I haven’t noticed any pore-clogging. I haven’t noticed fine line reductions yet but I do wake up with more brightened, plump skin in the morning which is definitely the goal! There’s no added parfum or fragrance but this is scented with lavender extract, which is lovely. It’s also in a tube (my favourite packaging!) made of aluminum which is super unique compared to what else is on the market. While researching resveratrol and what I can layer under it, I found out that it’s an incredible ingredient to use with retinol and I was super excited as I’ve been using heavier creams that won’t work well for the summer on my oily skin.
