Norwegian Formula Lip Moisturizer with SPF 15
Omg. This is my absolute go-to lip balm. I've been using Netrogena Norwegian lip balm for years! This lip balm Moisturizes and keeps your lips feeling hydrated. I use it in the harsh Chicago winters and when the sun is scorching hot. It does an excellent job at protecting my lips from the elements!
The only downside is that it's hard to come across. Not all stores carry it and Amazon sells it for far too much.
