Since it is a gel texture it evaporates so quickly even when applied to dry skin. I would not reccomend this if you have dry skin, especially if you live in a drier/colder climate and need that extra hydration. The for “extra-dry” claim isn’t really true because it is gel texture. I bought this twice to give it a fair chance but it just doesn’t work for dry skin.
