This toner has a frosted glass bottle with silver cap and a stopper, that helps in preventing any spillage while travelling. Its formula is bit thicker than other toners, which I like because I apply it twice, first with cotton pads and then I massage it all over my face. After I clean or wash my face, I use it to help neutralize my skin from becoming too dry or oily, to help balance the pH of my skin. The skin’s optimal pH ranges from 4.5-6.2, which can be off through cleansing. It can also serves to remove those last traces of makeup you may have missed with your cleanser.
