somialoves review for Licorice pH Balancing Cleansing Toner

I received this product free from Picky & Acwell in exchange for my honest opinion. The Licorice ph Balancing Cleansing Toner can be used, like the name says, as a cleanser or a toner. For me it was a perfect cleanse/tone in the morning. I found it perfect for my skin which tends to be on the oily side. I haven't noticed any improvement in my hyperpigmentation but I do think it's helped with toning and texture. I wouldn't recommend using this aa your sole cleanser, but would be great as 2nd step of double cleanse. **edit this is a great first & only cleanse. I use it to clean my face in the morning and it does a grest job.
