Key Ingredients: ▫️ Houttuynia Cordata Extract: AKA heartleaf; helps rebalance, nourish, & keep the skin hydrated ▫️ Tea Tree Leaf Oil: helps calm redness, swelling, & inflammation due to anti-inflammatory & antimicrobial properties ▫️ Niacinamide: helps to brighten, calm, & soothe the skin ▫️ Centella Asiatica - helps soothe damaged/irritated skin while maintaining hydration of the barrier This is a hydrocolloid patch with extra wide coverage than the typical patch; 46mm vs 10mm (or just over 1 ¾ inch vs ¼ inch). The coffee-bean shape of the patch makes it ideal for targeting multiple problem areas at once. They come individually packaged, making them convenient for travel or on-the-go use. The patches themselves are thin & flexible. The tapered edges help it adhere well to the skin and a true matte finish for invisibility. The combo of the key ingredients helps with the healing of acne, reducing redness, and unclogging pores. I tested this out on a deep pimple that was on my upper back, just under the nape of my neck. For context, the serums I use for my hair can cause breakouts if I’m not careful where it’s applied. This particular pimple was very red and tender as the seam of my clothes kept rubbing it. The patch was a lifesaver in keeping the area protected from irritation. I noticed a significant reduction in size & redness the very next morning. The second application brought the pimple to a head and the third really sealed the deal in the recovery process. I personally love pimple patches. They’re great for spot treatment and help to keep me from picking my face. I was impressed with the results I got from the GLAM UP patches. Overall, I would definitely recommend and would likely repurchase myself.
