I received this product free from picky and elmt in exchange for my honest review. Element pure vitamin c is a waterless suspension. It has 20% ascorbic acid but is safe for sensitive skin. It moisturizes skin with the polyols that take in moisture from surrounding areas. It won’t oxidize. There may be a feeling of warmth when applied but I didn’t feel anything.
