I would recommend avoiding using this if you've already popped the zit because it can dry out your skin and cause it to look flaky. Otherwise I haven't experienced any dryness and I consider my skin to be sensitive. Some reviewers have complained that it smells bad but I don't smell anything except alcohol which quickly fades as it dries. I took the advice of another reviewer who suggested topping the alcohol off when it gets low and I've seen no difference in it's effectiveness. I will always keep this on hand. It's been a lifesaver.
