Intensive EGF Peptide Cream
I received this product for free from Picky and Coxir in exchange for my honest review, however my three stars mean nothing, and I'll explain why.
I know, it is my own fault but I read through ingredient list only after receiving this cream for review. To tell the truth, I would never buy the cream containing so much of highly comedogenic oils together with dimethicone for myself. Will be more careful applying for giveaways next time.🙄
For the reason of its contents, I approached this peptide cream very cautiously. My own experience showed, that using it as a night cream and double cleansing the next morning can prevent my oily, acne-prone skin from its tendency to turn oils&silicones into comedones. And you know, the hydration effect of the Coxir cream is strong enough not to be ruined with following double cleansing. I'd say, it's one of the most hydrating creams I have ever tried. So, I decided to read through the ingredient list once again and found out a curious thing: the components of Coxir Intensive EGF Peptide Cream are much alike The Skin House Wrinkle Supreme Cream (except for Coconut oil in the former), but The Skin House costs almost 40% more. đź“ť
Having weighted all pros and cons of the cream my verdict is that this cream is good even for me, and it might be, like the mask from the same line, a holy grail for people with dry skin.
A huge minus for me is a great amount of highly comedogenic components in the formula of this peptide cream.
Another not less huge minus is, that the brand is Russia market oriented. For me it looks like second class. Disappointing...
