The shades are more in a midtone range. 

REVIEW of the BH cosmetics "Puerto Rico " Palette

The quality of this palette is great... a good BH cosmetics quality, which never disappoints
The mattes and shimmers are highly pigmented and blend quite easily. 
The colour story is really unique, but maybe not for everybody. I'm quite pale with a neutral to slightly cool undertone  therefore orange and real reds are not the colours for me. 
But overall a nice summer Palette❤
