this product has a true gel texture, as you can tell from the video. I was so surprised by how easily this disappears into my skin! It only takes about a minute to rub in, and then it sets down to a more dry touch and has a natural-satin finish. It really feels incredibly lightweight on the skin! It does contain alcohol, which makes for the elegant, lightweight texture. It hasn’t been a problem on my combo skin, and I think it doesn’t have to be on dry skin either, as long as you use some good skincare beforehand. I’m also super impressed by the water-proof quality of this sunscreen. It’s not specified how long it is waterproof for, but I’ve used it so much while swimming and sweating and I feel like it really stayed on so well! I still made sure to reapply every 2 hours, though. It’s a fully chemical SPF that uses octinoxate, Parsol SLX, Uvinul A Plus and Tinosorb S. This makes that it never left a white cast, and even though I’m fair I think even people with very deep skin tones can easily use this!
