My two passions are haircare and skincare, so of course K18 is one of my absolute favorites. I was sent this K18 Biomimetic Hairscience Leave-In Molecular Repair Hair Mask complimentary from K18 and I couldn’t wait to use it! I love that K18 also sent me their Peptide Prep Detox Shampoo! I already owned the Molecular Repair Hair Oil so I was able to use the whole system and the results were amazing! 🧡 K18 Biomimetic Hairscience Leave-In Molecular Repair Hair Mask is a 4 minute leave-in treatment to reverse hair damage. It helps repair damage caused by bleach or color, chemical services and heat. It delivers immediate and long lasting results, ongoing reparative benefits. Use of this hair mask and its K18Peptides help to restore strength, softness, smoothness and bounce to hair. 🧡 I was already a fan of K18 from trying their Molecular Repair Hair Oil, I decided to give this a go as soon as it came in the mail. I started by washing my hair with the Peptide Prep which did an amazing job clarifying my hair and scalp. Made sure to not use any conditioner per the directions, then towel tried my hair some, and followed up with 4 pumps of the leave in, and for each side, I ended up adding two more, one for each side. I worked it through my hair ends to roots, left on on for the 4 minutes, brushed through and heat styled with my blowout brush. 🧡 Before blowing out, I added two drops of the hair oil to the ends of my hair to take any fly aways and help protect my hair during hair styling, as it contains heat protection up to 450 degrees. Once my hair was fully blown out, it was so soft, silky, smooth and bouncy! I am definitely impressed and so grateful to have been given the opportunity for try this product and now the whole starter set. K18 works amazing with my hair type and I will continue to use their products and try any new products as they come out! 🧡
