In general, all eyeshadows from Oulac are soft and bouncy + buildable. ๐ค
The glitter effect makes shiny eyes.โจ
The whole brand is cruelty free & vegan.
Don't get me wrong but it is essential to build this cream eyeshadow up.
For me, it's too much, too standing out, therefore I use only a bit ( as you can see at the end of the video).โบ๏ธ
