Just 3 pumps dispenses 45 mg of magnesium, plus arnica, valerian and soothing aromatherapy oils. This oil quickly absorbs into skin and gives it a drink of restorative, vitamin C-rich amla — nature’s most powerful antioxidant superberry, used for millennia in Ayurvedic healing — for some rest and quick relaxation. So I followed directions and put 3 pimps on my joints so I could relax. The mandarin orange, rice milk & calming botanical essential oils not only smelled amazing but had me so relaxed. I really love using this just before bedtime. I love this botanical oil!
