Bulgarian Rose Skin Conditioner
This has a normal toner texture and I would recommend this for all skin types that aren’t sensitive to essential oils. This is soothing & hydrating and I love that I can layer this because of how light this is. This has a light rose scent and is nice and hydrating because of the use of glycerin, hydrolyzed collagen, sodium hyaluronate, rose flower water, & rose flower extract.
I think this is simple and good. But, there is nothing special to it. Also, there is rose essential oil if some may be sensitive to that ingredient.
