It helps revitalize and hydrates tired skin. Compared to their Volume Essence Pro, the ampoule is better with deep hydration and skin refining. But the essence is better with brightening and locking in hydration, so my recommended usage is Ampoule first before Essence and then cream. As to their claims, I would agree that it helps a lot with volume, elasticity, and hydration.
