The Torriden Balanceful Cica Toner Pads comes in a nicely sealed jar with a small tweezer that clips onto the inside of the lid that makes it convenient to grab a toner pad off the stack. The pad are properly soaked in toner so there is enough toner on each pad for whole face and neck. The fragrance is light and refreshing like water. These toner pads are easy to use. I use these toner pads after thoroughly cleansing my face. I have sensitive skin and I've had no adverse reaction to these. I place pad on my face for 10 mins then wipe my neck and face with it. It us great for exfoliation and remove any residue from face. I've noticed improvement in my skin texture and and redness. My face feels clean after using these. These are gentle on sensitive skin and doesn’t give breakout. Great if used at night as they provide good moisturization.
