Such a comforting milky style toner! This is so affordable and you get a get huge bottle for your money too! Love to pat this on after applying thinner, watery toners. Locks in moisture on the skin and contains oat based ingredients to calm redness or sensitivity.
Occasionally the lid on the bottle can break or snap off which is annoying!
