The Bright & Tight Eye Cream is a lightweight cream that absorbs quickly into the skin. It looks slightly tinted, but it does not leave any cast or color after application. It also does not feel sticky or tacky after application. I like that it contains vitamin C, tranexamic acid, and peptides. I have not used it long enough to notice any significant reduction of dark circles.
