I love the crisp, clean look and the simplicity of the the packaging. I love that the scents seemed more natural than the majority of hand soaps out there. The hand wash is a gel consistency and lathers quite well. It leaves your hands feeling clean, without drying them out or leaving a film. I initially thought I wouldn't like the scent (it sounded like there was a lot going on), but the smell pleasant and not overpowering. The bottle itself has a good quality pump, which I think will hold up well
