It’s an essence-like toner (WHICH I LOVE ❤️) that soothes redness and improves skin texture! My thoughts on it is that it’s another rare gem! 💎 I started using the toner for a week and I absolutely love it! I have very dry skin and I usually feel tightness in my skin after lunch time. So I’ve been using this toner on the face directly, letting the toner seep in, and my skin immediately feels softer. As you can see in the video, my cheeks tend to have redness due to irritation.
