High Moist Lotion
A very nice toner/ lotion that hydrated & plumped my skin quite well.
At first it has a little bit of a sticky finish but that goes a way rather quickly.
I personally don't mind the slight smell of sake, but I've seen some people on the internet who really disliked it.
I don't like putting on too many layers with this toner, since it will be too sticky and slippery.
