Calming Deep Moisture Toner
With exfoliating AHA and PHA to gently remove dead skin cells and leave skin feeling smoother, the toner is literally loaded. Panthenol, 5 different kinds of Hyaluronic Acid, Tea Tree Extract, 5 different kinds of Centella Asiatica, and White Willow Bark extract! A very thin, watery, and runny texture and didn’t cause breakouts on my oily skin. Even though it’s a basic toner, if you combine it with other ingredients that your skin needs, you will definitely see results.
Product seems promising, but it won’t suffice for your other skin issues.
