Touch In Sol - ttbykate review for Pretty Filter Glassy Skin Balm

It’s been a little while since I’ve written about some skincare goodness, and I’m excited to share a new winter favourite! @touchinsolus has created the Glassy Skin Balm which helps prime the skin and add a hydrating glow. Personally, I have been enjoying this product on the neck and chest. I don’t find this product has shimmer or typical glow, rather than hydration from ingredients such as Hyaluronic Acid and Shea Butter.
