Oat Kernel-Ferment Toner
This oat kernel line is made with oat kernel extract as the main ingredient instead of water to help with barrier support and maintaining healthy skin.
It has also has many skin benefitting ingredients like rice extract, niacinamide, glycerin, panthenol and adenosine.
The toner is watery and perfect for layering. I layer it 2 to 4 times for maximum hydration.
It has a slight fragrance (smells like dry oats and a little bit of rose) that could be a problem for some. It's not added fragrance
