Veracity review for Cica & Ceramide Special Calming Toner

I bought this toner didn’t expect much from it, but it had since been a lovely addition to my routine. It has helped me when my skin feels irritated, especially after exfoliating and take care of redness gently. Though I wasn’t expecting much when I first bought it, I grew to love it as you can see I’m on the last bit of it. It’s not a very thick toner, more of a runny consistency but it has a body to it. In summer, one layer is more than enough for oily skin like mine though I do two layers at this moment in fall/autumn. It has a scent to it, but my nose is already blind to it, it smells fresh for me and not overwhelming. This should suit any skin type imo, you might need more layers if you’re after the hydrating effect. Plus, it’s affordable too!
