SophiaDelarosa review for Vital Perfection Uplifting and Firming Eye Cream

This is not a common review, but it’s something that really helped me and I wanted to share it, so here we go. This is an eye cream, mostly anti-aging, as most Shiseido lines. It’s on the expensive side of skincare and, according to the website, its main ingredients are the Benibana flower, known for its anti-aging properties, and Matsu extract, which is supposed to improve circulation. I only own a sample of this cream that was gifted to me, and I used it on an off on my eye-bags, with no impressive results other than temporary hydration, but that changed when, out of pain and desperation, I applied this eye cream to my lips. I have had dry lips for the better part of my life, and nothing, from oils and balms to plain old Vaseline would prevent my lips from cracking and peeling, and I have the horrible habit of picking at them with my nails and teeth, to the point of bleeding. Nothing worked until I put this eye-cream on my lips. I went to sleep, and the very next day my lips had no peeling or mayor cracks, and I’ve done it ever since. Now, I know that this might possibly work with other hydrating creams, but it was not the first skincare product I applied to my lips; I tried with Hyaluronic Acid before, as someone told me it would work, but it made no difference. The fact that this is formulated to be so hydrating it’s hard to absorb, and provided moisture in a gradual pace to something as absorbent as cracked lips, made all the difference. This might literally be the only reason I buy it.
