Refresh Water
I bought this cleansing water many years ago when it was first launched and really enjoyed using it.
It came in a watery consistency that doesn't feel sticky or oily on the skin. It did a great job removing all traces of makeup and impurities.
The price is also quite affordable and not expensive.
One thing I didn't like about it is that it will still leave a slight tacky finish on skin if left u rinsed so I need to rinse it with water for a more refreshing sensation.
