Featuring - Pyunkang Yul Essence Toner • My Experience/thoughts • I'm using this toner for a while now, so here sharing my review ☺ 👉 This has a transparent lightweight watery consistency, is fragrance-free and doesn't irritate the skin. This calms, soothes and gives proper hydration. I'm using this toner in both AM +PM routines. (I have oily-combination skin). My skin feels super soft post application and this get absorbed into my skin very fast.
