Effectively remove makeup, dirts, and impurities without drying my skin. It has a little earthy scent. 💧Contains ingredients from deep sea water.

Is it normal for the balm to be slightly watery like a melted butter before I use it? Or my room too warm? My other cleansing balm doesn't melt though.
