Formulated with Triple Brightening agents in combination of Niacinamide, Alpha Arbutin & Tranexamic Acid, this milky, watery toner gives good amount of hydration with a refreshing feel on the skin. I love how this absorbs instantly without leaving any tacky residue while providing further hydration to my super dry skin. I do notice that my skin appears brighter and glowier with constant usage of this essence toner. Perhaps, the brightening effect would be more noticeable if I combine this with the Niacinamide moisturiser as well. Comes in 80ml for a price of RM39. Quite affordable, I'd say.
