Loving this toner from Elf. Their products have yet to disappoint me! This is definitely a strong toner with glycolic acid for cell turnover and brightening, and the added witch hazel helps with inflammation. I like the lemon scent from the lemon peel acidic addition.
This toner is definitely not recommended for sensitive skin. Says so plainly on the packaging! It stings and burns at first on even my resilient skin. Some redness afterwards, but goes away quickly. Moisturize afterwards!
