NAMING. - naynshi review for #21Y

Very good for neutral or cool tone, there’s no yellow pigments at all! It functions similarly to the cushion version, but this one is a lot lighter and won’t oxidize as much. Giving this one 4/5 stars because I feel like it’s much drier than the cushion version and a bit too matte. That might be good if you’re oily! I still recommend this foundation!
