True Water Light Toner
This toner comes in a heavy, frosty glass bottle with screw cap. I used this toner in my AM/PM routine right after cleansing.
This toner has mild floral-citrus-y scent which personally, I do not mind at all. It was very calming and soothing though people with sensitive skin need to be more cautious since they have fragrance component. As far as for the efficacy, I definitely saw instant rejuvenation on my skin and it felt healthier and smoother. It is not so hydrating though, but definitely a great option for person with combination to oily skin type. The price is also so reasonable considering the amount of product and its extensive INCI list with $𝟯.𝟮𝟲 per ounce!
However, I did not enjoy its texture. It has very water-y consistency with slight viscousity but it often makes foam if you try to layer it with more products. It looks like I tried to apply cleanser, toner-style. Also, I find this to be a little bit decent for a toner. It might have extensive INCI list but I found it to be a little bit basic.
