BoxyLady review for Rice Water Bright Light Cleansing Oil

The cleansing oil is very light and starts out decent, but when you add water to emulsify it almost feels like it gets heavier, and doesn’t rinse off well. Leaving an oily residue. This uses rice water, and rice bran and is designed to brighten the skin. I generally love these ingredients, but when checking I see that the fragrances are way up on the list, and the rice bran extracts and oils are near the bottom.
