Black Rice Hyaluronic Toner Free of Alcohol & Fragrance
Good product, suitable for dry and sensitive skin. The viscosity of this product is thicker than many toners, is very hydrating and contains beneficial ingredients such as black rice and Hyaluronic acid.
Gave me little bumps on my forehead, need a lot of product to feel hydrated, and the packaging choices weren’t best as the opening couldn’t control how much product came out. Not the best option for oilier skin types
