It helps moisturize dry skin and also helps improve the elasticity of your skin. It has a light pleasant scent to it, which isn't overbearing. This cleansing foam lathers up very well and really deep cleans your skin. Just after one use, your face feels soft and clean. I have noticed my skin is clearer.
