Aqua Plus Low-pH Cleansing Toner
๐ง Aqua Plus Cleansing Toner comes in a plastic bottle with 150 ml of product. Itโs a clear liquid with a watery consistency. It has a little slippery feeling at the start and is quickly absorbed by the skin. When it settles, it leaves only some tackiness behind and no other residue. It feels lightly hydrating and leaves only a soft glow on the skin.
Loved this toner as it really is low ph
