Cookiesandcreams review for Acmed Azelaic Acid 20%

As much as I love this I cannot give it 5 stars mainly because of the texture. It is a quite thick cream that spreads weirdly on the skin, but then just like magic, it absorbs into the skin easily. You will definitely experience a learning curve with this product. Also the smell is not quite pleasant, it is scent-free that's why it smells a bit off, but it doesn't linger and you can only perceive it when when applying it. Lastly, although I like the matte finish it has, I have to recognise that it can sometimes be a bit drying. But as I said in the 'Good' part of the review, this delivers such good results, and honestly you just need to get used to the texture. I would still highly recommend this (although maybe if you're new to azelaic acid I would recommend to start with a lower concentration, 20% is the highest you can get over the counter, at least where I live)
