Light Toning Water Light
This is a very simple watery toner. It contains ingredients such as glycerin, purslane extract, grapefruit seed extract, and allantoin. It feels mostly just like water but with a tiny bit of slip to it. I liked it because it was hydrating enough for my combination skin, and I could also layer it a few times without it feeling tacky. It's a good one for those who like watery toners.
None for me, but if you like more viscous and/or nourishing toners then you probably won't like this.
