Blueberry Rebalancing Skin

I liked the texture of this and you can layer this since it's a watery toner. I usually dont like products with essential oils but this didn't irritate my skin and the scent wasn't overwhelming.

There are better toners than this one in my opinion that give better results in terms of hydration, soothing or brightening.
